Applicants whose abstracts were given preliminary acceptance were notified on or before 25 December 2009 that their abstracts were accepted. They were also assigned a paper reference number and given detailed information on how to submit their full papers.

All applicants were subsequently sent a general notification on 29 December 2009 that the screening of abstracts has been completed and that all applicants whose abstracts were approved have already been notified.
